VINIFICATION: 
Manual harvest. Selection of berries with optical selection machine. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel vats and then malolactic fermentation. TASTING NOTES: 
A dark ruby red with bright reflections. The bouquet is elegant with seductive aromas of berries, fruity blueberries and red currants.
